The Vendor Manager is responsible to monitor and improve the overall performance of the partner on operational level and manage the business requirement and expectations, conduct market analyses on possible new partnerships, define, review and monitor partner delivery and commercial performance dimensions / partnership KPIs and define and negotiate the allocation of the credits of services / contracts and manage invoice amount.
Formula for Success: You Will…
- Maintain Relationship to TES-AMM Management in the Region NA. Assist IBP/REM-Reps with disposal arrangements, monitor the request status, the disposal results, and the service quality the vendor provides. It is also to review the disposal report and the monthly invoice correctness, as well as communicating the local IT FI contact with the asset update report.
- Manage escalations both towards the IBP and the provider, take care of Root Cause Analysis’ and actively drive Continuous Service Improvement measures.
- Represent the service towards the global Vendor Manager located in Germany
